"Very Poor"
Nothing. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in, and I stay in a lot. Tried to inform front desk about our terrible experience and they ignored us and just asked which credit card to charge our room to. Still haven’t received a receipt either.

I loved the pool. Nice room view overlooking the bridge and river. Would love to stay in the same room next time the view took my breath away.
